It’s well accepted that exercise is incredibly important for human health.
As we grow older it is even more crucial that we exercise to prevent the onset of chronic diseases like:
- Sarcopenia
- Osteopenia
- Diabetes
- Heart Disease
- Dementia
- Arthritis
What’s not discussed enough is, how should exercise be designed for people who are in their 60’s-90’s?
This is an important distinction to make.
Exercise should evolve over the course of ones life to match the individuals requirements at that time!
